Our Future is Determined by Choices We Make Now

Hancock County is at a crossroad on what we will be in 2,3 or 5 years. We are seeing an influx in our population at an uncontrolled rate that we cannot manage. It is placing a strain on our safety services, courts, healthcare facilities and support agencies. We are experiencing new challenges that we don't have the tools in place to manage properly.

We must work together to make sure our county is the BEST place to live, work and raise a family for generations to come. To do this we have to get our wheelhouse in order starting with housing, public safety, public health, and the schools.

I will support controlled, manageable growth throughout the county that brings high paying, sustainable jobs for our citizens. When economic development opportunities arise, I will make sure the county is at the table for all discussions along with the township where ground is being proposed so the process is fully vetted.

My goal as commissioner is to communicate, listen, address these challenges, work as a team and find solutions to ensure the path we continue on is the path that the citizens want for the future of Hancock County.
